Chris assists clients with acquisition, planning and development of water rights and supplies, and purchase and development of real property. His clients include home buyers, irrigators, ski areas, residential developers, municipalities, special districts, water conservancy districts, ditch companies and non-profit community organizations. He is general counsel to the largest municipal water supplier on Colorado\u2019s western slope.<\/p>\n
Chris joined Balcomb & Green in 2000 after graduating from the University of Colorado, School of Law, and became a partner in 2006.
