Stephanie is Of Counsel to Balcomb & Green. Her practice focuses on water law.

Stephanie has Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami, Florida, and a Master of Science degree, Environmental Engineering and Science, from Johns Hopkins University, Maryland. She began her career working as a civil engineer in South Florida for the Florida Department of Transportation and then segued into private practice. She is a licensed professional engineer in both Florida and Colorado.

Stephanie earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Denver in 1994. For many years she was in private practice in the Denver metro area with a primary focus in water law, but also practicing in real estate and environmental law. She became Assistant City Attorney for the City of Aurora, Colorado, in 2015 representing the City’s water utility, responsible for matters related to the City’s water rights, water and sewer infrastructure, as well as negotiating and drafting of cooperative intergovernmental agreements. Stephanie joined Balcomb & Green in January 2023.
